Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cuditing ("the service"), provided by eBrain, Inc. ("we"). They apply from 2026-10-28.

1. Who we are

2. The service

  • Cuditing analyses the video and audio you upload, cuts silences, fillers and restarts, and produces captions and edit files.
  • Automatic judgments can be wrong. Review the result before you export; every cut can be undone.
  • Without an account you can edit and preview within a small processing allowance, but not export. That work moves into your account when you sign up or sign in in the same browser.

3. Accounts

  • Sign up with email or Google. Email sign-ups finish when you open the link we send. You must be 14 or older. Keep your credentials to yourself; accounts cannot be transferred. Plans with seats may be shared within their seat count.

4. Limits

  • Each plan has processing time, export time, storage and daily upload limits, shown on the pricing page. We may also limit concurrent jobs and attempts to keep the service stable.

5. Prices and payment

  • Editing and preview are free. Exports are for members: the Free plan exports at no charge within the monthly allowance shown on the pricing page. Once paid plans and per-project payments open, the prices shown there apply.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and stay active until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

  • Within 7 days of payment, if you have not used the export it unlocked, we refund in full. If a fault on our side kept you from a usable result, we refund regardless.

7. Your content

  • You own what you upload and what you export. We store and process files only to provide the service and never train AI models on them. You need the rights and consent for what you upload. The service itself (software, design, marks) is ours.

8. Not allowed

  • Illegal or infringing content, attacks on the service or excessive automated requests, using someone else’s account or email, payment evasion, and selling accounts. We warn, suspend or close accounts that do these things, telling you why by email first unless an urgent threat requires acting at once.

9. Notices

  • We contact you at your account email or through notices in the service.

10. Changes and outages

  • Features change as we improve them. We give 30 days’ notice before removing paid features or closing the service, with pro-rata refunds. Maintenance, failures and outages at our providers can interrupt the service; we announce planned maintenance.

11. Liability

  • We are liable as the law provides for harm caused intentionally or negligently. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for events beyond our control, for automatic edits you could review before exporting, for keeping backups of your originals, or for free use.

12. Leaving

  • Delete your account at any time from the account page. Your projects and files are deleted and cannot be recovered.

13. Changes to these terms

  • We post changes in the service and email you 7 days before they apply, or 30 days before for changes against your interest. If you do not agree you can delete your account.

14. Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
