Questions

What counts as an hour?+

The length of the recording you upload, counted once per project. Re-running the auto cut or exporting again costs nothing.

What happens to unused hours?+

They reset at the start of each billing month and do not carry over.

Can I change plans?+

Upgrades start right away, and the unused part of your current plan is taken off the price. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period.

Where are my files stored?+

In Cuditing Cloud on Cloudflare R2. Originals and renders stay there for as long as your plan keeps them, and downloads come straight from storage.
